Use sparingly and mix with body lotion in an egg cup or small tub be precise with the drops use gloves on hands to apply to avoid palm staining

the cream MUCH less messy than the mousse
much prefer this cream to the mousse version - easier to put on - lot less messy (eg really need throw away gloves with the latter) & it works just as well - in fact id say better as no blotches
