Need to swat up on the set up!
Used as a bedroom lock and looks good however the set up is too complicated and the app can be unreliable. We鈥檝e used the key entry more than the biometric.

Works well enough
Still need to figure out the thumb print, first few attempts did not work. Lock works well with keypad, it can take a few attempts to enter due to the sensitivity of the keypad.

Waste of money and no tech back up support
The first lock I ordered did not mechanically lock..even with the override key. So I bought another . It worked ..(eventually) however the remote access code function and being able to open the door with your phone doesn鈥檛. I tried for a whole week to ring for tech support to Spain and Ireland (no one answers the phone) , I emailed the company countless times...no reply either ..so the after sales tech support is non existent. I would not recommend this lock .. frustrating to use and set up

Dificil programaci贸n
Dif铆cil configuraci贸n porque las instrucciones son err贸neas. Los c贸digos de apertura son de 6 n煤meros no de 3 como indican las instrucciones. No es una cerradura segura, es mas para el control de accesos.
