I add them to Yogurt, to plain cereals / mueseli or just eat them plain (I like bitter stuff and am weird I know).Its healthy, it makes alot of foods better, solid product.

First purchase, but not my last. They are really good, but NOT chocolate chips. The flavor is bitter in a good way, and less intense than chocolate chips. Try the out of hand but stick with it for a few days: the flavor really grows on you. These may become my new chocolate treat when I want the treat.

These nibs are pretty awesome. My love for chocolate is real, so I don’t need a bunch of sugar and whatnot to enjoy it. I really like putting these in yogurt or protein shakes. Sometimes I’ll eat them right out the bag. The consistency is really good for these too, so they can be good to munch on. I haven’t gotten many “shell pieces” or hard pieces like in other nibs I’ve bought.I’ve been losing weight lately and these help me satisfy a bit of a chocolate craving without eating candy. I’m not promising you’ll lose weight if you eat these, but the calorie count is low and they’re a good, relatively healthy addition to other things that might just help you get healthy or be healthy.

If you like dark chocolate, you'll love Cacao nibs. They are a yummy surprise in oatmeal and a super nutrient. Excellent value for the money. Also good to chew for a snack. I might bake cookies.
