Used it for two months and now it is of no use. Now you write and it refuses to delete. So it is useless now. Do you have a repair option?

I like to keep checklists for everything. And this product helps me to get things done as I love to write down the things I have to do. The only con is there is no single step undo option. Once you make a mistake you'll have to erase the whole thing. Anyway, that's not a big con for me. Price is really affordable.

The delivered product is not same to the given picture in Amazon. This type of thing is not like to me. Please show the exact picture to the customers. Why you chiting to customers. Its unfortunate to the customers.

My writing tablet stopped working only after one month and VeeDee is not responding. I have no idea how to claim warranty, as I didn't get any warranty card inside the box. I'm unable to erase the text, checked the lock button as well. I even tried to remove battery. Nothing is working.

The visibility of the writings are next to zero. It's good when there's light falling on the pad from a window on the left (for right handed writer). At night time, the product is almost useless.The flat shape of the writing pen isn't laudable as well. But i guess they made it that way to orient the nib accordingly.The magnetic doodle pads (white screen) for little kids would be a much better product in terms of visibility, but they have the problem of creating precise writings I guess...Perhaps other brands might not have the problem with brightness that this particular brand has, but I haven't seen any other.

Got it with alot of marking on screen and the delete button not working..initiated the return and alot of papers need to print inorder to send back to seller. they sent me damaged thing and they know that no one will do return because of formalities. better dont buy.
