Rats Can't Get Enough
My guys are picky eaters. I've had a terrible time finding something they like to chew, besides their own bedding (of course). As a rat owner it's paramount to me to keep their teeth trimmed, and keep them entertained. After trying plenty of brands, different wood sticks, willow balls, hanging toys, etc I was so happy when I opened this package up and they immediately went ham. They clear one of these bamboo sticks in a day, happily leaving the mess about the cage. The bamboo didn't come vacuum sealed, but still had a strong odor as if it was. It does smell slightly sweet, and almost like a bone, which I'm sure is what motivates these guys. It just came in a plain, but durable zip package that I had to cut open, with about 15 sticks (I didn't count). I appreciate the zip closure so I didn't have to store these elsewhere, it helps keep them fresh. The only complaint I have is that I wish they had bigger sizes of this so I didn't have to reorder so soon, or I could get more bang for my buck. We will be flying through these! Thanks!

Bunny is addicted
My bunny has a serious addiction to these. Al bunnies are different, mine hated those apple sticks that most love. She is a Netherland dwarf bunny, just under 2 lbs and close to full grown. She goes through one stick every 4 or 5 days I think, so a big bag lasts awhile. In the picture, the edges look a little jagged, but they really aren't. I just tried to poke my finger with it, and it was too soft a wood to puncture or splinter, so definitely safe. I highly recommend these. Also if you keep them sealed, every time you open the bag there is a pleasant natural smell when you open them (no chemical or anything), the clean smell of wood.

Bunny Crack!
My two buns are fully addicted to these things. We’ve tried cardboard tubes, pine cones, wood bunny chew toys, willow balls, pumice blocks, and yucca chews, and they refuse to touch any and all of them. The only other bunny chew I’ve gotten them to use are apple orchard sticks but they’re always so thin and they only gnaw the thin bark off which doesn’t seem to be sufficient for keeping their teeth in check. But these chews, wow! They fight over them the instant I drop them in their hutch and devour them. I’m not a vet, so I truly don’t know what the digestive impact is of bamboo versus applewood on their sensitive little stomachs but having used these regularly for five months with no digestive upsets I will say that I’m thankful they finally have something that keeps their teeth worn down!

Bunny Lady Approved
These little bamboo sticks are awesome! I have three bunnies (2 mini lops and a Netherland dwarf) and they are all so different that it is hard to find a treat they will agree on. Enter these sweet bamboo sticks. They are all three so excited when they hear the bag and they run around to find the perfect spot to enjoy their stick alone. If one of them finishes first, that bun will chase the other ones for the scraps. Aside from their stamp of approval, I love this sticks because they are much healthier than the treats you can buy at a chain store. Plus, chewing sticks like this helps keep the buns' chompers trim. I have already ordered these twice and will be ordering them again.

Our rabbit loves it, but title is misleading
Our rabbit loves chewing these sticks, but my Chinese wife is pretty sure this is dried sugar cane and not bamboo.Sugar cane is used as raw rabbit feed in some Asian countries like Vietnam, so I don’t think it’s poisonous to rabbits, but it obviously contains a lot of sugar, so I would suggest offering your bun these sticks sparingly, just like they were a fruity treat. The product itself is high quality and I’m planning to order more in the future. But I’m knocking off a star for the misleading title.

Two Stars
My bunnies loved these, however, there were NOT 10-14 sticks in the bag. There were only 6.

the House Rabbit Society does not recommend bamboo for rabbits
My bunnies loved this but then I found out bamboo is not good for rabbits stomaches.

TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!!
I purchased this product hoping to deter my backyard squirrels from eating up all the food that I put out for the birds, but they show absolutely no interest in these, whatsoever! They remained scattered on the ground (intact) for several days, afterwhich, I finally ended up trashing them. TOTAL WASTE OF $$$!!!!!

False advertising
There is no such thing as “sweet bamboo”.This is sugar cane. Plain and simple. Yes your pet will go crazy for it because it is sugar cane. You will be hard pressed to find literature anywhere that recommends you feed your pet sugar cane. Why? Because it does not exist. I do not recommend anyone buy this and feed it to their pets.

Too hard
I bought these after I couldn't find my rabbits preferred bamboo sticks and thought I'd give these a try. They're short and thick but my rabbit wasn't too crazy about it because they're harder than other bamboo and not as easy to break with their teeth. I had to break them open to even get my rabbit to chew on them because the soft wood is in the middle.

My rabbits love them!
I was surprised at the quality of these chew treats. My rabbits struggle with chewing on wood (usually only like soft cheap woods they use in pet store toys) but they destroyed these in a couple hours! We have to ration them in this household 😂Will definitely be buying more.

Too pricey!
My rabbit likes these but wow! There babies are pricey! It’s a very small package and my rabbit would gnaw through it all in no time. Very expensive for what you get.

My chinchilla loves these sticks!
Any time I give my chinchilla one of these bamboo sticks, she spends the whole night devouring it. Definitely recommend. Some of the sticks are quite large, so we sometimes break them in half before giving them to her
