bad smell, very sticky
ended up throwing them away ! they had a bad smell and the wrappers would slide off the fake cone and the glue would become exposed and the whole thing became sticky ! bought them for my kid , very sad they where not usable !! took about a month to arrive, really disappointed in the overall purchase and product
