My husband has mild ADD and never has taken anything to help him focus or calm his brain down and it got really frustrating since his lack of remembering things made it hard. Purchase these for my little cousin and it helps with his learning process especially in class. It’s worth the money and tastes nice.

Can’t tell you if they help with focus as he won’t take them

My kids like the taste and say they taste like Dots candy. I think they taste awful, but if they like them that's good I guess...unless they don't work.. They don't seem to have any effect one way or another on my kids. I have taken them myself and don't notice any better focus. Not worth it to me. We already buy magnesium calm gummies and I think those do help.

This is an update as my 8 year old grandson has been taking these for a few months now. He weighs 115 lbs and I give him 3 in the morning with a good fish oil and I put one in his lunch to take at that time with his fruit snacks for better focusing in school. He is diagnosed with ADHD and his main issue is focusing and not being anxious about things. I have subscribed to this product so I am not without them. I see a difference in him but later in the eve you can see they are worn off. Keeping a good diet and exercise and some therapy has been helpful along with these

I’m one of those people that only reviews products that are exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. These taste terrible!! I know a lot of things with omegas can have a fishy taste, so if it didn’t have the words “great taste” on the very front label, I probably would have just thrown these away and moved on with my life. Please don’t advertise something as great tasting, if it has a pungent, fishy odor the second you open the bottle. The odor matches the taste. There is no way my son will take these.

I used the product while studying/taking the bar, and it worked very well. I now take it every day! It doesn't make you feel jittery or give you a burst of energy. It just helps you stay on task. Before taking Ez-focus, I found it hard to focus. My mind would often daydream, and then I would have to try to make myself focus, but that would only work for a little while. I love this product! I would recommend it to adults who have ADD. Also, I take it in the morning before I go to work, along with Miracle 2000 liquid vitamins. I hope this helps someone.

My 5 year old son has autism and ADHD so me and his father were really hoping we could rely on these little gummies to aid with his attention span and emotional meltdowns. Too bad we couldn’t get him to even taste them. It’s common within children with autism to have sensory issues or be picky eaters. I gave 1 gummy to my son, he put it up to his nose and went “gross!” He didn’t like the smell of it. Albeit vitamins have come a long way from the dreadful chalky Flintstone vitamins we all have PTSD from but these gummies still have that medicine-like taste and smell so there was no convincing him to even try it. Sucks I can’t get a refund. :(
