I really liked this vest but unfortunately, it is for someone with a larger belly. I ordered a size large and the shoulders and chest fit perfect. The bottom of the vest is wide at the waist line and I looked like I was wearing a bell. The style and quality are very good and I would recommend it if it fits. I returned the vest to Amazon.

Not at all what I expected for $70. My $25 Cabellas Fleece vest is as warm as the new Carhart vest. It was 13 degrees this morning, when I shoveled the snow out of my driveway, when I tried it out layered under the same jacket I always wear and absolutely no difference. Snap pockets are hard to access. You have to push the flap out of the way to enter the pockets. My suggestion for $20 more order the Jefferson or Sherpa vests if you must have Carhart.

Great vest to wear on chilly days! Easy to stuff in a day pack. Very light but very warm, also helps keep the wind out! I got a small coffee stain on it that won't come out, but that seems to be very common with any of the polyester/puffy jackets or vests that I've always had. Seems to be an issue with the nylon shell; doesn't matter what brand, color, or item. Make certain if you consider yourself a tall person that you order the tall sizes. The first one I ordered what is regular size and it was a little too short, had to return it for a tall and it fits much better. This is a 40 to 60 degree Fahrenheit vest. You will have to layer if it is colder or get a thicker vest or jacket. Another great piece of clothing from Carhartt!

This is a very nice vest. It is made for physical activity - reinforced in the spots. It is not very thick - perfect if you are generating a little body heat. Not really made for enduring the deep cold, but it has kept me warm in the high 40s. I like this vest and have been wearing it a lot since it arrived. Value-wise it seems more like a $59.99 product than $69.99.

I bought this to give me an option to wear it indoors or outdoors and not to be so stuffed with filling that it was restrictive or uncomfortable. I drove 1600+ miles while wearing it and never felt uncomfortable. It is warm and the pockets are plenty large to hold some items and papers in the internal right side pocket. Very satisfied with this well made product. The zipper has a fabric flap on the inside which reduces cold air coming through that way. That flap reaches all the way to the neck so when you zip up you're sufficiently covered. The color is very nice too.

I ordered a small, this is typically the size of jacket i wear.The Good: Fits nice. looks nice. decently warm. i can layer under it.The Bad: The material is thin. i would not do any sort of labor in this because i feel the material would rip or scratch and be ruined fairly easily. i would say this is on the dressier end of Carhartt. I think it's a little pricey for what it is especially compared to a comparable priced duck vest.

I’m 6’ 180lbs and have a hard time figuring out Carhartt sizing. I fit in a M but often find that the length of a M is way too short. I got this vest in a tall long and it fits like I expected it to, a little big but at least it won’t rise up my back like a crop top!Carhartt, make a medium tall!!!!

Just in time for winter wear as the weather is cooling off this time around. The vest is light weight, not too fluffy but works wonder as an under layer for colder temperatures. Repels rain so it won't soak thru. Nice to put on windy cooled days.

Leider ist die Weste viel zu groß geschnitten insbesondere im Bereich des Bauches und der Taille! Auch die Verarbeitung hat mir irgendwie nicht gefallen ich fand sie zu dünn und irgendwie hatte man das Gefühl ein minderwertiges Produkt an sich zu haben🙈

I bought this for my boyfriend and accidentally ordered the Large/Tall. Hes generic height (he calls himself) of 5/10 and 200lbs. It needed up being perfect length on him. He's a slender builder with wider shoulders. It covered his hips and he can move around find.
