Use this mostly for plantar facsiitis. Good firmness, really allows me to pinpoint the pressure. Has held up well to the use with no sign of deterioration. Would recommend this product.

My therapist had one and I like the way it fits into hand to roll over thigh muscle to work out the stiffness. Hard and solid.

This works perfectly fine as a massage ball for myofascial release and trigger points. It's not as red as in the picture (more of a light red or dark pink). Also, something odd is that a piece comes off revealing a hollow plastic inside. Not a deal breaker, as it still works just fine for what I need it for, just a bit strange that they wouldn't mention that. Maybe that's how actual lacrosse balls are?Fast shipping, cheap price, and does the job.

I felt like this ball was too small and definitely is not the same weight, size or density of a lacrosse ball, and that being said. Makes it a little harder to use in my opinion for certain parts of the body.

Great product. I lay on the floor and put a ball under my body where it hurts and these will release the muscle and helps with pain.
