This is one schnazzy swim shirt. It is comfortable enough to want to wear it frequently, and it makes you look in even better shape than you are.I love the fact that it is long enough to hold itself in place (no riding up), and it's nearly as comfortable as skin. I haven't checked to see if it's really SPF50 (I'd have to wear it for 50 hours in the sun, then compare it to a 1 hour sunburn), but it does seem like it'd be hard to sunburn through.It's not good for fighting fires, so don't try wearing it into burning buildings. It's probably too thin to wear as arctic protection (either in, or out of the water), and it won't protect you from gamma or cosmic radiation. It will, however, protect you from box jelly stings (but not yellow-jackets or angry bees), and if you're in good shape, might help pick up women at the beach.I like mine and plan to wear it until the seams wear out.

I have worn this rashguard at both at the beach on 80+ degree sunny days, and at the lake while paddleboarding for several hours, and I was surprised to find that I have never felt hot because of wearing this shirt. In fact, once it gets a little wet, it actually keeps me cool. The cooling effect it gives you while the water evaporates from its fabric feels similar to standing in in air conditioned room, especially if there's a breeze..As for sizing, many of the reviews say to order a size up, but after reading through several reviews I saw that nearly everyone who described themselves as "fit" said that the shirt ran true to size. I like to consider myself a fit 5'8, 160 pounds, so I ordered a medium just like I do in t-shirts, and it fits perfectly. It is absolutely skin tight like its painted on, but that's the point of a rashguard! If I were overweight or had a bit of a gut, I could see going one size up, but if you are in shape it fits true to size.I bought this shirt purely for the sun protection, because skin cancer is no joke, and it has quickly become my go-to shirt any time I find myself near water. I'll probably be ordering another in a different color.

I've never had a problem with medium lycra. I've worn them for decades, my wetsuit and wetsuit tops are all medium. But this one i can barely get over my shoulders (i'm surfer), and over my head. I ripped it taking it off after the first use.Otherwise than that the fit once on was fine, and the lycra was thick and good quality and comfortable.

High quality product. I normally wear size Large, but this felt like a true medium. It was so tight, I was scared I was going to rip the rash guard or my shoulder muscle taking it off.

Order your normal t-shirt size. It is meant to fit tightly to do what it is designed to do (anti chafing) I’d say the sun protection is just a bonus. It’s not your typical loose fitting sun shirt. Looser materials promote chafing whereas this shirt is meant to prevent it, mainly in water activities.

It keeps you a little warmer under the wetsuit. This thing looks great once the wetsuit is off and hides your nipples. Sounds strange, but you know what I mean! If you don't like skin tight, this is the way to go!

This runs small, it looks and fits like it should be a kids size under 14. Not for adults.

I purchased my size in XL and it’s the fittest of a small. Returned the XL and ordered the 3Xl. It’s the size of maybe a M/Lg. If you’re a normal sized adult the 3XL is too little. Qualify looks good, no complaints here.

Fits true to size (buy the size of the t-shirts you wear), feels very comfortable and soft, looks nice, does the job it's intended to do!

I love the premium quality of this product.

Great feeling product. Excellent material. Very tight though. I order 1 size bigger than I normally wear. Really should have gone 2 sizes. Guess I really should exercise :)

Comfortable and not prickly like some polyester rash guards.
