This rug is striking! We received it very quickly. The flowers are much bigger than what we expected, but it is all good. It is bright, cheery and really goes well in our family room. The background is really a cream color, not white, but it works. It is well made, too. We expected it to have that "new smell" to it, but it is fine. Highly recommend. Has a thicker backing than what we expected. We were on the fence about it for a long time, happy that we took the plunge!

The rug is a light brownish color, not a true light gray as shown in the picture. The rug height is 1/2" (not as listed at 3/4" or 1" deep), with some higher areas where the design rises above the background. This is not as described so when I wanted to return the rug, the seller required me to pay return shipping and deducted a 20% restocking fee...even though the problem lay with their inaccurate product description! Amazon has made good, however, but buyer beware of seller's unethical policies.

This carpet looks good on its own, but is sheds and shed and sheds fibers. I need to constantly vacuum this carpet and surrounding hardwood. Nice carpet but would not purchase again and would not recommend.

I thought this was going to be more of a blue-ish gray-ish colored rug! No blue at all! All green very disappointed.

I bought this rug because it matches my 5x7 rug that I got from another site. This one appears to be "cut" from a larger rug. It doesn't have the full design that is shown in the picture

Poor quality. This carpet sheds heavily. The material is extremely coarse. If you leave anything on the carpet for even a moment, it will be be covered in fibers.

I get compliments on this rug from almost everyone that comes to our house! Quality is good. It doesn't shed much.

For the price, I believe this offers a fairly good value. I ordered the 8 x 10 size and the design featured in the picture here at Amazon is indeed the one I received (Blue/Gray/Rust/Blue Medallion). It's more gray and not quite as teal as in the picture but it's close enough and muted enough that it works with much of my decor. The design is subdued, yet eye-catching and the hand-tufted surface is soft and feels great.While not as thick as I would like, the rug is bound well and I haven't noticed any unraveling or errant loops or threads on either the sides or the corners. Once unrolled for several hours, the rug rested on the floor flatly and without curling or without any warping. This thing lays absolutely flat on the floor.It's to be expected that a new rug of any fiber will likely shed somewhat when new and this one is no exception. I've had to vacuum a few times so far but nothing out of the ordinary. The 'heathered' base of the design as well as the slightly raised medallions give the rug an embossed look; all of it vacuums easily with a standard rug attachment or setting (I have a Dyson and I have the rug brush/roller switch turned on). Not an issue.I would only consider that at this price (nearly $1000), a wool rug should be high quality. While I haven't owned this one long enough to make any comment on longevity or how it might respond to cleaning, this rug is just a bit thin to justify the high price. It's a good rug and I like it but I will need to purchase an extra thick pad to both protect it and enhance the softness. Wool rugs aren't inexpensive and nothing about this one is cheaply done but the price for this one seems a bit high, comparing to some others and comparing to some blended fiber rugs I've recently acquired as well.Nice rug, slightly high price, looks good, needs a thick pad. Overall, I like it!
