Evolution CC19MS 19mm Diameter x 1-Inch Depth of Cut Cyclone High Speed Steel Annular Cutter

I finally got to the project that I ordered this for and put it on my mill. It looked like it had a lot of runout so I measured it. The cutter appears to be out by about 0.030-0.035”. Other than that the tool appears well made. It is sharp, appears properly hardened and cuts well but not as accurate as I need. I missed the return window or I would have tried to exchange it.

Worked great for my application. Pretty decent quality for China made. Would buy again!

Awesome cutter,,i only use it to drill holes in aluminum pipe,, cuts really sweet.

Works great. Cut 24 holes in 6" SCH 40 sa 106 gr b pipe. No problems at all.

I have drilled 20 hole with this cutter. Cuts fast and clean.Very happy.

These are standing up great! Carbide stays sharp and they are lasting cutting through 1.5" steel everyday.

I bought an Evolution cutter for a change as I have an Evolution Mag Drill and have loads of RotaBroach cutters which are expensiveBut big failure: this cutter wobbles like nothing else after only 3 holes in some cheap 6mm thick square tubing so whilst it cut nicely and cuts very clean holes initially they dont last at all - I have RotaBroach cutters that are years old

I held of buying a mag drill for years - now that I've got one I realise what a mistake that was! These broaching cutters are much like milling cutters and they make big holes fast & easy. They eat through mild steel easily, stainless & hardened steels take a bit more care, but use the right types of lube and they work great. I've only done a couple of holes with this cutter, but if it's as good as the other Evolution cutters I will be well happy!

Never used broaching cutters before, only twist drills. These have been a revelation, although only used so far with the Evolution EVOMAG42 Industrial Steel Magnetic Drill, 42 mm (230V) which is effectively a pillar drill. Eat through 10mm steal beams with ease. Don’t know how well they would work with a hand held drill.Would think cutting paste or fluid is essential.

Bought two of them but only needed one as it was still sharp even after 14 holes. Used with plenty of WD-40 cutting oil and they went through steel beams with ease.Note they don't come with the center on, so you need to buy that separately.
