These things work like a dream. The foam inside holds SO MUCH LIQUID. I've never had an issue with leaking when wearing these pads. My flow has always been HEAVY, and I've ruined countless pairs of panties since I was 12. I can't wear tampons because they make my cramps so much worse somehow, and they fill to fast.
