I've been struggling for 2 weeks with a sore foot and ankle. This gives me the proper support to be able to move around more without having to sit and rest it so much. It's lightweight and not bulky so perfect for wearing with shoes, sandals, and tolerable in the summer heat.

Purchased for my daughter who is having ongoing ankle issues from a decade old injury. Thought this might help the stability in her ankle during her 8hr standing job but the size was way too small. We thought, over time, it might give a little bit and stretch to fit better but it dii not -so I guess that is a good thing that it kept it's shape, but not good for us as it was too used to try and return for an exchange.

I have arthritis in my ankle (excuse the cream on the brace) and it gives great support, I just wish it was better material. This is my second pair.

I have arthritis in my ankle and have struggled to find a product that would provide sufficient support. In the past I have used the compression sleeves, they would work but I could never find ones that didn't end up causing pain because they were too tight or if I got a larger size, they didn't provide enough support. I have tried a lace-up brace which gave great support and was adjustable but it was very bulky and not easy to adjust (remove the shoe, release the bands, adjust the laces, adjust the bands, put the shoe back on, repeat...). The Xemz braces are very easy to put on and can easily be adjusted. The are thin so they easily fit in any shoe and they provide great support for walking, working out, etc. So far, I am very impressed!

These are great. My only complaint are the ankle straps are a bit too short. One that goes around the ankle, not the two that go around your foot. I wear these when my feet and ankles swell and the strap is almost too short to fit around my ankle. And I had gotten a size up for that specific reason.

I just don't feel like it does what it's supposed to do. I don't feel relief in my heels like it advertises.Having chronic Plantar Fasciitis I was hoping this would help. It didn't seem to fit very well either and the instructions were not very clear. The material is NOT breathable.
