Pants are stretchy so by the end of the day you’ll be pulling them up so I’d buy a size smaller. I move a lot at work so probably varies for everyone? Good pants though!

Did not quite fit in my size. I would buy one size up. Quality product otherwise. Comfortable and durable. I still wear them if im out working but because the waste is a little small they are hard to sit in of I need to do office work
