These hair pins are exactly what I needed for everyday hairstyling. They hold my hair in place really well without slipping, and I love that they come in a generous quantity. The color blends in nicely with my hair, making them practically invisible. They're also strong enough to handle thicker strands, which is great. However, a few of them had slightly rough edges that tugged a bit, so I had to set those aside. Overall, they’re a solid value and get the job done. I’ve been using these since before I can remember. I was in dance, so my mom was using them to put my hair in buns and French braids for years. I probably have 10 in the bottom of every purse and bag I own, not to mention every drawer. There’s no substitute!! Try doing an updo or growing out bangs without them. Now that I have a daughter starting dance and preschool we’ll need them even more. This is a can’t-live-without item!!!
