Love these!
I recently have gotten into Sourdough and I didn’t want to have to buy so much stuff when I felt I could find things at home that would suffice. The one thing I bought were these bannetons and it was the greatest thing I could have done. I have not had one bad loaf and I make multiple per week. These bannetons are the perfect size and the liners are so easy to clean! Highly recommend!

I don’t have any other bannetons to compare it to, but this one works well. When I took it out of the package it smelled a little weird. But my sourdough comes out great every time!
